I started as a developer obsessed with elegant logic and grew into a director who believes clarity, trust, and craftsmanship are the foundations of great software and great teams. Whether leading multi-stream Agile delivery or diving deep into a SQL query, I value precision and simplicity over noise and flash.

I design and build data-driven platforms — from customer experience systems to pricing engines — using a modern full-stack toolkit: React, .NET, Azure, Cloud, SQL Server, and more, all wired together with clean architecture and a focus on maintainability, scalability, and security.

Build teams that have passion and ownership over both the outcome and the craft. I'm allergic to silos, prefer open systems, and believe in continuous learning as a form of leadership.

I'm a father of 3 beautiful adult daughters, a tinkerer, and a perennial student of how humans and systems adapt. Whether I'm designing new software, experimenting with AI workflows, or building my own personal apps, I'm always chasing that feeling when complexity suddenly makes sense.
